Job Vacancy: Personal Assistant to the Vice-President for Administration, Finance and Student Affairs
Job Description:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice-President. Manage correspondence, schedules, and reports; coordinate communication across administrative, finance, and student affairs; follow up on projects and ensure timely preparation of documents; tracks deadlines and actions, prepares reports, and follows up on tasks.
Requirements Essential:
Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and database systems.
Desirable:
Experience in administrative or executive support roles.
Multilingual ability (Kurdish, Arabic, or other languages).
International English certification (TOEFL or IELTS).
