Administrative Assistant

Job Vacancy: Administrative Assistant
Job Description: 

Provides general office support including HR office diverse tasks, student’s admissions, scheduling, document preparation, filing and data entry, assists with procurement and records management, and helps ensure efficient daily operations.

 

Requirements Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Administration, Management, or related field).

  • Excellent command of English and Kurdish (written and verbal).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.

  • Proven organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

  • At least one year of relevant administrative experience, ideally within an academic or educational setting.

  • Proficiency in office IT systems and software (MS Office Suite, email platforms, database systems).

     

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of higher education policies, procedures, and administrative structures.

  • Experience supporting events, meetings, or academic committees.

  • International English certification (TOEFL or IELTS).
