Dr. Wan Aida Ishak, Head of Department of the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences, delivered a seminar on December 19, 2023, focusing on her expertise in deviant workplace behavior. The seminar, addressing Workplace Incivility, provided a realistic perspective on real statistics and daily deviant human behaviors at the workplace. These behaviors, categorized as uncivil and potentially harmful to organizational harmony, were brought to light, aiming to minimize such practices, even when they occur without awareness.
