Qaiwan International University (QIU) was established in 2018 in Sulaimanyah, Kurdistan
Region of Iraq. It was initially established as a franchise of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia
(UTM), aiming to provide local students with access to international education without the
need to study abroad, thereby reducing the financial burden on students and their families.
Later in 2022, QIU expanded its offerings by introducing additional programs franchised by
Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), further diversifying its educational portfolio.
م. هاکار محەمەد لە فاکەڵتی ئەندازیاری و زانستی کۆمپیوتەر سیمینارێکی بەناونیشانی "بۆتی سۆشیال میدیا: لە دروستکردنەوە بۆ دۆزینەوە" پێشکەش کرد لە (٢٠٢٦/٢/١٢). سیمینارەکە پەرەپێدان و ڕەفتار و ناسینەوەی بۆتی سۆشیال میدیای ئۆتۆماتیکی لێکۆڵیەوە، کە تێڕوانینێکی بەنرخی پێشکەش بە ئامادەبووان کرد سەبارەت بە ئاڵنگاری دیجیتاڵی سەردەم و ستراتیژییەکانی دیاریکردن.
قدم الاستاذ هاكار محمد من كلية الهندسة وعلم الحاسوب ندوة بعنوان "روبوتات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي: من الإنشاء إلى الكشف" في (٢٠٢٦/٢/١٢). استكشفت الندوة تطوير وسلوك وتحديد روبوتات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الآلية، وقدمت للحضور رؤى قيمة حول التحديات الرقمية الحالية واستراتيجيات الكشف.
Mr. Hakar Mohammad from the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science presented a seminar titled “Bots on Social Media: From Creation to Detection” on February 12, 2026. The seminar explored the development, behavior, and identification of automated social media bots, providing attendees with valuable insights into current digital challenges and detection strategies.
