التقى وفد جامعة التكنولوجيا الماليزية (UTM) مع طلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة قيوان الدولية (QIU) لمناقشة أهمية ودور الأساليب الأكاديمية والخطوات اللازمة لتحسين التعليم في إقليم كردستان وتعزيز العلاقات الأكاديمية بين QIU وUTM.
