Sharoo Nawrooz Fadhil is a dedicated academic and business professional with extensive experience in education, research, leadership, and social media management. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Girne American University, North Cyprus, and a Bachelor’s in Operations Management Technology from Sulaimani Polytechnic University.

Currently, Sharoo is a full-time lecturer at Qaiwan International University – UTM Franchise in Sulaymaniyah, where she has been actively involved in shaping the future of business education. Her academic journey includes previous roles as Head of the Business Administration Department at Kurdistan Technical Institute and lecturer positions at Cihan University and the University of Sulaimani.

In addition to her academic career, Sharoo has worked as a Social Media Specialist at Kurdsat Broadcasting Corporation, where she gained valuable expertise in digital communication and content strategy. This experience complements her academic research, allowing her to integrate digital marketing insights into her teaching and professional endeavors.

Sharoo’s expertise spans various fields, including human resource management, marketing, strategic management, and organizational behavior. She has published multiple research papers, including studies on the impact of e-marketing channels, leadership styles, and management information systems on organizational performance.

Beyond academia, Sharoo is passionate about community development. She is the founder of a Kurdish Book Club that fosters reading, empathy, and the exchange of diverse ideas among youth in Sulaymaniyah. She has also served as a business coach and trainer for various organizations, providing mentorship and training in management, planning, and marketing to local entrepreneurs.

Her commitment to promoting education, leadership, and community engagement is further demonstrated through her participation as a speaker and panelist in numerous international and local events, including conferences and workshops on hate speech prevention, world democracy day, elimination of violence against women, etc… 

Fluent in Kurdish, English, and Arabic, Sharoo blends academic knowledge, business leadership, and her volunteer work in youth empowerment projects to inspire and empower others in educational and community-focused environments.
