I have been with the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science at Qaiwan International University (QIU) in Iraq since 2020, where my passion for academia has led me to serve as a lecturer and Head of Biomedical Engineering Department. Before joining QIU, I had the privilege of holding significant academic roles in Cyprus from 2014 to 2019, where I honed my expertise in the subject matter. Additionally, I had a valuable experience as a Microwave Engineer at Halbja Telecom Service from 2013 to 2014, which further enriched my practical knowledge in the field. My academic journey has instilled in me a profound interest in cutting-edge research areas. Presently, my focus lies in adaptive and array signal processing, with a strong emphasis on their practical applications in source separation and communications. These research interests drive me to continuously explore innovative approaches and contribute to the advancement of these fields. Through my career, I aspire to make a meaningful impact on the academic community, industry, and society as a whole. I am committed to fostering a nurturing learning environment for my students, encouraging their curiosity, and fostering their critical thinking skills. Concurrently, I strive to stay at the forefront of research, collaborating with like-minded professionals to address real-world challenges and create sustainable solutions.
